Getting started is simple. You don't need to fill in numerous fields, gather documents, or complete complicated settings right away. You can first explore the platform, test its features, and gradually prepare your company for full operations.

Your company profile has already been created

During registration, you entered your taxi company's name and your personal contact details. This information has already been saved in the system.

Your personal contact details are confidential. They are used to manage your account and are not displayed to passengers or other platform users. These registration details cannot be changed through the company profile.

You can add to or update the remaining company information as you work.

What do you need to complete before testing?

To explore the platform and test its main features, you only need to complete three simple steps:

Taxi company name — already provided during registration. You can leave it unchanged.

Company logo — upload your branded logo. It will represent your company in the passenger app and in documents.

Company email for customers — enter the email address that passengers can see in documents and use to contact your company.

Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). You can complete the remaining information later, when you're ready to begin full operations.

Company information for accounting and documents

Your trading name, registered business address, registration numbers, and tax identification numbers are necessary for properly conducting business activities.

This information is used to prepare bills, invoices, accounting documents, and company reports.

You don't need to complete all legal company details for initial testing. You can return to them at any time and complete your profile before starting full commercial operations.

What information will your passengers see?

Passengers will have access to the information intended for communicating with your taxi company:

Your taxi company's name and branded logo.

Your company website, if provided.

The email address for customer inquiries.

The phone number for booking a taxi.

The phone number you provide can later be used to receive bookings through your company's dispatch system.

The personal contact details you provided during account registration remain private. You decide which contact details of your taxi company are publicly available.

You manage your company independently

Taxee Marketplace was created for independent taxi companies. You don't need a separate platform administrator to manage your company dashboard on a daily basis.
