My Taxi — Choose Companies You Trust

We created the "My Taxi" feature for passengers who value safety, comfort, and service quality, and who want to decide for themselves which company to trust with their rides.

Your favorite taxi companies are always close at hand

In the "My Taxi" section, you can select up to three favorite taxi companies operating in your city.

These might be familiar providers whose services you've used before and been happy with. You create your own list of favorite companies, update it, and choose the providers that meet your expectations.

Your preferences are saved. When you book future rides, the app takes your selected companies into account, allowing you to keep using familiar services without having to search for a provider every time.

Different favorites for every city

Taxee lets you create a separate list of favorite taxi companies for each city.

For example, at home you might use trusted local providers, while traveling you can choose different companies operating in the city you're visiting.

All your preferences are saved by location. When you return to a familiar city, your previously selected companies will be available again.

You can add new companies, change your favorites, or remove providers you no longer want to use at any time.

If you haven't chosen a favorite company yet

Even if you're visiting an unfamiliar city for the first time, Taxee can help you book a ride.

If you don't have any favorite companies in that city, the app uses a shared pool of the three nearest available taxi companies.

You can use one of the suggested options or choose a suitable company yourself and add it to your favorites.

After your ride, Taxee will also suggest saving the company in the "My Taxi" section if you were happy with the service.

This way, you can gradually build your own list of transport providers you trust.

Safety starts with an informed choice

It's important not only to know where you're going, but also which company is responsible for your ride.

When you choose a specific taxi company, you know its name and contact details. If you have questions about your ride, need to clarify some information, or leave personal belongings in the car, you'll know which provider to contact.

This is especially important when booking a taxi for your children, loved ones, or elderly relatives.

Taxee helps make choosing a transport provider more transparent and rides more predictable and comfortable.

Your choice helps improve service quality

When passengers choose taxi companies themselves, service quality, ride prices, vehicle comfort, and the provider's reputation become especially important.

Companies gain additional motivation to offer better conditions, maintain high service standards, and earn the trust of regular customers.

Your choice becomes an important factor in developing a high-quality, competitive taxi market.

Freedom of choice in the world of taxis

Taxee is more than just a ride-booking app. It gives you the freedom to choose your own transport providers, save your favorite companies, and use their services in different cities.

You no longer have to rely solely on the random assignment of a taxi company. You decide who to trust with your rides based on price, comfort, service quality, and your own experience.

Taxee — your favorite companies, your comfort, and your freedom of choice.
