Adding Drivers to Your Company
Taxee Marketplace makes it quick and easy to connect drivers to your taxi company. You don't need to create separate accounts, send invitations, or complete complicated settings. All you need is the driver's first name, last name, phone number, and email address — the platform handles everything else automatically.
We've created a convenient driver onboarding system that simplifies building your fleet, saves time, and lets you focus on growing your company.
How do you add a new driver?
In your company dashboard, open the "Drivers" section and select "Add Driver".
You only need to complete five fields:
First name and last name — the driver's personal details.
Email — the driver's email address.
Phone — the phone number with the international country code.
Commission (%) — the commission percentage set by your company.
You determine the commission yourself based on your agreement with the driver. Taxee Marketplace does not set this commission rate or interfere in the financial relationship between you and the driver.
Once you've filled in the fields, click "Add Driver". A driver record will be created in your company.
Automatic Connection Through Taxee Driver
The essential requirement for automatic connection is an exact match between the driver's registration details.
The first name, last name, phone number, and email address you enter must match the information in the driver's personal profile in the Taxee Driver app.
When the driver registers and activates an account using these details, the system automatically links their profile to your company.
As a result, the driver will see your taxi company in their list of available companies, and you'll see the connected driver in your company dashboard.
No additional technical steps are needed to link the profiles.
If the Driver Hasn't Installed the App Yet
That's no problem at all! You can add a driver in advance, even if they haven't downloaded Taxee Driver yet.
Simply confirm the registration details with the driver. Once they install the app, register, and verify their account, your company will automatically appear in their list.
If the driver is already registered, the connection will take place when the details match. Even if they work with another taxi company, that won't prevent them from connecting to yours.
One driver can work with multiple taxi companies through a single Taxee Driver app.
Your Drivers — Your Terms of Cooperation
Taxee Marketplace provides technical tools for connecting drivers and managing their work, but it does not regulate your internal agreements.
You independently determine the commission, terms of cooperation, settlement procedures, and required documents.
Once connected, the driver becomes available in your company's system. You can manage their work profile, assign a vehicle, monitor completed trips, and handle settlements according to the agreed terms.
At the same time, every driver keeps their own personal Taxee Driver account.
