Adding Vehicles to Your Company

We've created a convenient fleet management system that helps you save time, make efficient use of your vehicles, and independently control the quality of the services you provide.

How do you add a new vehicle?

In your company dashboard, open the "Vehicles" section and select "Add Vehicle".

You only need to complete six fields to register a vehicle:

Make — the vehicle manufacturer.

Model — the vehicle's model name.

Color — select a color from the available list.

Year of manufacture — the year the vehicle was produced.

Registration number — the vehicle's official license plate number.

Vehicle class — the service category you assign to the vehicle.

Once you've completed the fields, click "Create Vehicle". The vehicle will be added to your company's fleet.

You determine the vehicle class yourself

Taxee Marketplace does not assign classes to your vehicles or interfere with your pricing policy. You decide which category each vehicle belongs to based on its characteristics, condition, and level of comfort.

However, it's important to remember that the selected class shapes passengers' expectations. When a customer books a vehicle in a particular category, they expect the corresponding level of service.

Providing a vehicle that does not meet the advertised class may lead to passenger dissatisfaction and a loss of trust in your company.

Vehicle quality, compliance with the advertised class, and your taxi company's reputation are in your hands. These are the factors that help attract loyal customers and develop your own brand.

Your drivers can access the vehicle automatically

As soon as you add a vehicle, it automatically appears in your company's fleet list in the Taxee Driver app.

All drivers connected to your company can see the available vehicles and choose a suitable one to start working.

You don't need to assign a vehicle to each driver individually or complete any additional settings. The platform automatically synchronizes your fleet between the company dashboard and the driver apps.

One vehicle — one driver during a shift

Taxee Marketplace includes a system that automatically assigns vehicles to drivers.

When a driver selects an available vehicle and starts working, the system assigns that vehicle to the driver for the duration of the shift.

While a vehicle is being used by one driver, another driver cannot select it for work. This prevents multiple drivers from using the same vehicle simultaneously within the system.

When the shift ends, the vehicle is automatically released and becomes available again to other drivers in your company.

This helps the platform organize fleet operations without constant manual supervision.

Manage your fleet at any time

You have complete control over the vehicles in your taxi company's fleet.

From your dashboard, you can add new vehicles, edit existing records, update vehicle details, change vehicle classes, and remove vehicles from your fleet.

Each vehicle also has sections for additional documentation, repairs, and expenses, helping you organize records and maintenance for your fleet.

All essential management tools are available in one place, directly from your company dashboard.

Efficient management without extra work

Taxee Marketplace automates processes that previously might have required constant involvement from a dispatcher or fleet administrator.

Simply create a vehicle in the system, and it's immediately available to your drivers. Drivers choose available vehicles independently, while the system tracks vehicle occupancy and releases vehicles when shifts end.
